For Ant’s Eye View, 2010 was a milestone year. Not only did we have the distinct opportunity of working with some of the world’s top companies, helping them navigate their Social Engagement Journey, but we also acquired a highly collaborative team of seasoned social practitioners. In March, we opened a new office in the Silicon Valley, led by Kira Wampler, former Group Marketing Manager of Online Engagement at Intuit, and since then we’ve nearly doubled our employee roster from nine to seventeen. To close out the year, I’m thrilled to introduce you to the newest member of our team — Kristy Bolsinger.

Kristy joins the Seattle Anthill from RealNetworks where she worked as a Social Media Marketing Strategist in the games group, managing GameHouse, one of the largest casual games destinations on the web. At Real, Kristy grew the GameHouse social media presence from the ground up by increasing customer engagement and loyalty through social channels and taking part in product life cycle management, new product development and customer service.

Beyond her day job, Kristy is also a contributing blogger at Social Fresh and Search Engine People as well as a Board Member for Social Media Breakfast Seattle. And when she’s not at work, Kristy is an integral part of the 12th Man at Qwest Field where you can find her busy cheering on the Seahawks on game days.

Suffice it to say, I’m looking forward to working with Kristy on a day-to-day basis. Her customer focus, data driven mindset and marketing muscle bring  depth to an already talented team of consultants. Not to mention, we could always use another true Seahawks fan in the office.

Please join me in welcoming Kristy, Social Business Consultant & Colony Culturalist, to Ant’s Eye View.
