Dustin joins AEV from his most recent role as Director of Community Strategy at Microsoft where he spent over 4 years defining and leading the transformation from traditional phone and web customer service into a user to user help and how to community model. His leadership helped transform how Microsoft’s Developers, IT Professionals and Consumers connect with one another, engage with Microsoft online, and consume help online help via user-to-user interaction.
Dustin also spent a significant portion of his time at Microsoft working on Microsoft’s next generation Online Influencer strategy and engagement model. Prior to his time at AEV and Microsoft, Dustin spent 7 years in consulting with Andersen and Hitachi serving such clients as T-Mobile, Alaska Airlines, Seattle Children’s Hospital, and AT&T Wireless.
