Prior to joining Ant’s Eye View, Geoff worked as an associate with communications firm WCG as part of their social media group. He was one of the original members of the Dell customer outreach program acting as team lead. Working with social media since 2006, his focus has been on optimizing listening and engagement strategies for the new online social landscape.
