Before joining Ant’s Eye View, Jenna began her career at VerticalResponse as a Marketing Specialist and then later as the Social Media Marketing Manager.
By starting as a marketing specialist Jenna managed the companies email marketing program where she sent an email newsletter to more than 200,000 customers and prospects twice a month.
Later as the social media marketing manager Jenna was responsible for adding over 5 social media platforms to the companies marketing strategy. Her philosophy on social media is education with a healthy kick of sales. At VerticalResponse she used this strategy to educate the entire company on how they could increase sign ups and improve customer option of VerticalResponse by using social communication.
Jenna’s work with social platforms contributed over 200 new customers a month and increased the VerticalResponse NetPromoter score 4 points.
Jenna is also a brand new wife to a mechanical engineer and a brand new resident to San Jose, CA.
