As a small and relatively young business, the success of our company is directly tied to the success of our employees. And during these last two years, we’ve been extremely lucky to work with, and hire some of the most talented practitioners in the social media space.
To that end, I am both sad and thrilled to share that one of our best and brightest, Shauna Causey, has accepted a newly created position at Nordstrom as Head of Social Business. In this role, Shauna will lead the digital communications team and be responsible for the execution and evolution of Nordstrom’s social strategy across the U.S.
Shauna has been a tremendous asset to our organization and, more importantly, a good friend to all of us on the anthill. We’ll sincerely miss working with her on a day-to-day basis. But, seeing our employees grow and mature is just as rewarding as seeing our clients succeed in their customer engagement efforts. This is an amazing new career opportunity and we’re confident that Shauna will grow and have continued success helping Nordstrom move along the social engagement journey.
