1. What does it take to be a consultant at Ant’s Eye View?

As enterprise companies are starting to see the upside of implementing social business practices, there’s more and more demand for social business consultants. To fill this growing need, the number of Social Media gurus and ninjas popping up for these positions has also increased exponentially — so much so that those with practical experience managing large-scale, customer-focused initiatives are harder and harder to find.

We’re frequently asked, “What does it take to be a consultant at Ant’s Eye View?” Well, it’s a position that requires some S.P.I.C.Y-ness, a healthy dose of curiosity and an innate desire to help companies improve customer experience. Listen to what Ant’s Eye View CEO Sean O’Driscoll says below.

Ant’s Eye View is currently hiring to fill four positions. Check them out if you think you meet the qualities we’ve described. We’d love to hear from you!

    1. A company that understands the importance of empowering customers really understands how social media can help a brand. The creativity that social media platforms currently allow for is as unlimited as the imagination. Love the message of the company and wanted to apply for the listening analyst position. Love the message of the company and wanted to apply for the listening analyst position. I went to the link and couldn't send any of my information. There was some sort of sign up link but it didn't take me anywhere. Is there someone in the HR department I could contact?

    5. Hey,

For a minute there, I was distracted by the blue folder underneath the screen. :)

And then, of course, I liked what you said about People who are passionate about customer experience, building lasting relationship and curious. I may be biaised, I am neither a ninja nor a guru, I am passionate about customer experience. I am a very demanding customer myself, so I put my business practices high up there as well.

Thanks for your comment — the blue folder you mention (underneath the screen) is actually a large blue etiquette book we have in the Seattle office. :) Kudos for noticing!

      Best,
